How to log in

When you access the website for the first time, you need to register in order to access technical information.

To register you must agree to the contractual conditions of use of the website.

If you register as Repairer or Independent Operator, you will be prompted to enter your personal details. An email message containing your access key and a link to the "Complete registration" page will be sent to the address you provided.

On the "Complete registration" page, enter the password you chose to log into the site in the future.

A subscription is required to access information on the website for Euro 4 or earlier vehicles. You can pay for the subscription directly on the website using the "BUY on-line" option and paying by CREDIT CARD or through the PayPal circuit.

For Euro 5 and later vehicles, in addition to the access methods laid down for Euro 4, and earlier, versions, the system can be consulted to check for repair support information free of charge.

Various subscriptions are available:

• 1 hour
• 1 day
• 1 month
• 1 year

Furthermore, various brand combinations – from 1 to 5 – can be purchased (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat Professional, Abarth) to cut the cost of one-year subscriptions.

An online transaction-based service is provided for reprogramming and configuring control units and/or electronic components fitted on Euro 5 and later vehicles.

In the case of “Single brand selection” subscription type, the brand for which information is required must be chosen when the subscription is activated and will remain linked to the subscription for its entire duration.

Information can be immediately accessed upon activation of the subscription. The duration of your subscription will be associated exclusively to the type of card you purchased and is not based on the number of times you log in.

Proceed as follows to activate your purchased subscription:

• Log in.
• Select "Your subscriptions" (red side bar on the top right)
• Select either the "Technical Documentation", "wiTECHPlus Packages", "Single Transaction ECU Packages" or "Time-Limited ECU Packages" menu according to the subscription to be activated.
• Click on the subscription arrow: "To be configured" or "To be activated".
• Select "Vehicle identification" (if available) or one of the active publishers in the "FULL ACCESS" section on the interface.
